Hinweis: OE removed Access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail

Outlook Express starten -> Extras - Optionen - Sicherheit: den Button "Speichern oder Öffnen von Anlagen, die möglicherweise einen Virus enthalten können, nicht zulassen" deaktivieren.

Click on 'Tools - Options - Security', uncheck fourth box down 'Do not allow...' and click 'OK'.
